By using the App, you confirm you meet all legal drinking age requirements in your location.
ZBK Digital LLC is not responsible for false representations regarding age.
This App does not sell alcohol.
It provides cocktail information, ingredient listings, and recommendations for educational and entertainment purposes only.
All content in the App—including recipes, ingredient substitutions, recommendations, ratings, and AI-generated suggestions—is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
It is NOT:
medical advice
dietary advice
health guidance
professional bartending training
ZBK Digital LLC makes no guarantee that any recipe is safe, accurate, or appropriate for any individual.
You agree that you will:
Drink responsibly and comply with all local laws
Not operate a vehicle or machinery while impaired
Not rely on the App for emergency assistance
Verify all ingredients for allergies, interactions, or health risks
You assume all risk associated with preparing, consuming, or serving any beverages.
By submitting any cocktail, recipe, ingredient list, name, description, or other content (“User Content”) to Barcology, you acknowledge and agree that:
License Grant
You grant Barcology a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and incorporate such User Content into the Barcology application or related products, in whole or in part, for any purpose.
No Compensation or Credit
You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, royalties, payment, or attribution for any User Content submitted, regardless of whether it is used, modified, or made available to other users.
No Obligation to Use
Barcology has no obligation to use, publish, or retain any User Content and may remove or modify it at any time.
Originality Representation
You represent and warrant that any User Content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Waiver of Claims
You waive any claims against Barcology related to the use, non-use, modification, or removal of submitted User Content.
The App may reference ingredients that:
contain allergens
include raw or unpasteurized items
may interact with medications
may be harmful if consumed improperly
ZBK Digital LLC is not liable for:
allergic reactions
ingredient sensitivities
adverse health outcomes
incorrect measurements or instructions
contaminated or expired products used by the user
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZBK Digital LLC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
illness or injury
intoxication
property damage
legal consequences of alcohol consumption
accidents related to misuse of recipes
reliance on any App content
inaccuracies in ingredient lists or instructions
third-party ingredient quality
misuse of AI-generated content
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
The App includes a feature that allows users to upload, scan, or capture images of menus, labels, or other materials (“User-Provided Content”). By using this feature, you confirm that you have the right to view and upload such content.
Any text displayed within the Scan Menu feature—including cocktail descriptions, ingredient lists, or notes provided by a restaurant or bar—is extracted solely from User-Provided Content. The App does not host, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted or proprietary information except as provided directly by the user for their personal use within the App.
ZBK Digital LLC does not claim ownership of User-Provided Content. We process this content only to extract text, display results to you, and generate recommendations.
You are solely responsible for any User-Provided Content you upload, and you agree not to upload content that you do not have permission to access.
The Scan Menu feature uses automated text-recognition technology. Extracted text may be incomplete, inaccurate, or may not perfectly match the original source. ZBK Digital LLC is not liable for:
errors in scanned text
misinterpretation of menu items or descriptions
missing or incorrect ingredients
decisions made based on scanned or extracted text
You should verify all menu information directly with the restaurant or establishment.
The App may generate:
recommendations
substitutions
ranked lists
confidence scores
cocktail suggestions based on user data
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You agree not to rely on them as guarantees of safety or suitability.
ZBK Digital LLC is not responsible for any outcome resulting from AI-generated content.
If the App allows user accounts, you are responsible for:
maintaining account security
maintaining accurate information
all activity under your account
You agree not to share or sell your account.
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed through Apple/Google in accordance with their terms.
All purchases are final unless required by law or the App Store’s refund policies.
ZBK Digital LLC does not independently reproduce or distribute proprietary cocktail recipes, descriptions, or menu content. Any such text displayed within the App is sourced exclusively from User-Provided Content. Content extracted from menus or images is shown only to the user who uploaded it and is not made publicly available by the App.
All content in the App—including design, text, images, algorithms, AI models, and data structures—is the property of ZBK Digital LLC unless otherwise noted.
You may not:
copy
distribute
reverse engineer
resell
scrape
any part of the App.
You agree NOT to use the App for:
encouraging underage drinking
promoting irresponsible consumption
illegal activities
scraping data
attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
publishing the App’s content as your own
Violations may result in termination of access.
The App may reference:
third-party ingredients
brands
APIs
external data sources
ZBK Digital LLC does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or safety of any third-party information.
ZBK Digital LLC may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
ZBK Digital LLC may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in New Jersey courts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ZBK Digital LLC’s total liability for ANY claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if so, the minimum allowable limitation applies.
ZBK Digital LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
